Israeli Government Silent Following Nnamdi Kanu's Arrest Kanu's IPOB members have repeatedly assured us that they had strong Israeli government backing for their agitation. This claim seems to be inaccurate, as the recent high-profile arrest of the Biafran secessionist leader, Nnamdi Kanu, has been met by stone cold silence from Tel Aviv. Other world powers, including the United States, China, Russia, Britain, and the EU, have similarly avoided challenging Abuja on this issue, and have been mostly silent. I wonder if any IPOB member here has an explanation for this? Rissamenti:The point is they may not have the same policy Biden has different policies to Trump So assuming the claim about support from the old government is true, which I do not know, the silence may be that it is not a priority for the new government or there is a change in direction |
