No one's interested in Lukaku. Haaland is the main target. And Havertz would definitely excel more having a beast like Haaland besides him. And the main aim here is trophies. Chelsea isn't really a development center club for players. Signing someone like Haaland means more chances of winning major trophies next season

But Haaland's wages is huge. Only few teams can afford it.
