FarahAideed:while the minister in a room of professionals gave figures borne out of credible analysis, you are using your little knowledge as a Betnaija punter to claim projection analyst on Nairaland only to prove more dumbness by citing Twitter ban and the arrest of a secessionist. I'm not saying you shouldn't post on Nairaland o—Never! I'm only asking you restrict yourself to topics you know something about. |

Officialgarri:We all know how the Buhari govt lies about data and suppresses credible data ..for example the Buhari govt will tell you there is reduction in inflation but in reality inflation is in double digits and growing daily ..the Buhari govt said it had lifted 10 million people from poverty when credible world bank data shows he actually plunged 25 million into poverty .... I am super good with projections , with little data I can see the future , remember I told y'all Buhari will be NIGERIas worst president and see now I am vindicated ..I didn't make a wild guess I used the data from his first 6 months in office to make that correct projection ...and today again I assure you with the events of the last 30 days the economy can only shrink |

You are expecting a rise in the GDP to 4.2% fine and good. But will this GDP rise also translate into a rise in the purchasing power of the citizens, rise in the quality of their living standard? A country can be wealthy when you look at the figures and statistics on paper but in that same country the citizens can be as miserably wretched as hell |
