The ones I know are customs, SON, NPA, That akpabio's ministry,NNPC, FIRS, CBN, PEF, the military, police infact any of the security forces(officer cadre), NLNG (dey pay wella even more than NNPC). This space research something (can't remember Thier name). Money dey fed govt. Just look for a self generating revenue parastatal and you're good to go.

Look for any self generating FGN Agency that pay themselves and not under the ippis system and you are good to go.
