Pedri in this Spanish team was very much an upgraded version of what we saw in Barcelona, last season. Although, I wouldn't judge yet until I see him play in our shirt, yet again.

To analyze my point, I'll simply say the guts to be a forward midfielder was handled with ease than at Barcelona where he needed to track back often, esp during counters. So yes, I think it's fair to claim that the style of play in Spain NT suits him better than in Barcelona.

Lmaooo Jese was a player that never inspired any heroic following like Ansu fati and Pedri is enjoying right now. Maybe one good quality here and another there. Nothing consistent. To crown it all, he went down the drain with his injury.

Ansu fati on the other, will show his strong character by coming back stronger and continuing from where he left off before his unfortunate injury.

Most non English European countries offer English as a second language to be taught in schools and some are made polyglots by their parents from childhood, Mbappe can speak I think at least 2 languages

You guyz were obsessed with your constant whining about Pedri taking Puig position that you failed to see that the guy had something special. Your disdain for Koeman unknowingly spread to Pedri. He was seen as an usurper, who is taking the shine off Puig. If you had opened your mind, you would have seen that he had shown alot of class with Barca. Of course we endured a tumultuous campaign last season. So it took a toll on every player. When majority of players around you are playing at such a low level like we saw in Barca, it rubs off the few good one such as Pedri.
