The owner of the dog wrote;

According to my friend up there, life nor balance. People dey find food to chop, some see money take do dog birthday.

Don't blame anyone, blame our government. SOME COUNTRIES HAVE SO ADVANVED THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HUMAN WLEFARE, I have seen such posts online where people cry over homeless dogs and call them orphans. Try use the word orphan for dog for 9ja na, or protest snake right lol.
