As in all the churches of the saints, the women should keep silent in the churches. For they are not permitted to speak, but should be in submission, as the Law also says. And if they desire to learn anything, let them ask their own husbands at home; for it is improper for a woman to speak in church. 1st Corinthians 13 vs 34-35.

I think a woman is free to be a prophetess or a speaker in a ministry because she is definitely a human by in an organized church like this , I don't think it's proper.
Everything will definitely Change in the church in some years to come
