Grgton:I'm not justifying reckless driving or violation of traffic laws, but the excesses of LASTMA operatives are getting out of hand and the earlier their excesses are checked, the better. There are traffic violators in every part of the world, but the security agencies leave the matter for court to decide. Theirs is to arrest and arraing violators before the court |
