Let's look at this critically...
One of the biggest negative effects of living in Nigeria with folks like you is the tendency to copy your behavioral trends.. You operate at the base and as such will always dilute egalitarian cultural practices with your uncouth regiment..

If you noticed, these rail tracks were laid during the colonial days. There are no new rails in the east. It's also pertinent to note that the looting of rail tracks , which has been reported here in the past , started in other places recently. These ijiots here just copied a dubious culture that is evil and must be purnished for their stupidity.

But that doesn't negate the fact that the source of the problem lies with the consequences of forcing different cultures together. Folks are learning and embibing new habits. All these stealing of government property to subsidize some hedonistic owambe lifestyles is foreign to the igbos.
And you know this..
God is wonderful!
I have never thought in my life somebody would ever say stealing is foreign to the Igbos

If the rail is active the occurrence of this crime could have been aborted

The highlighted says it all, quite obvious you have never been outside the shores of Africa? You are still a slave to your bush Congo man mentality?, take a trip to the UK, USA, France, or even South Africa and witness a true diversity of cultures prospering as one nation, it is because of blind minded people like with no foresight, who are in the majority that makes Nigeria difficult to prosper? You are no different from the Hausa Fulani you purport to criticize.

They will claim everyone is a thief to justify their own stealing, then they'd say Nigeria is a zoo while ignoring and hoping the rest of us don't see they themselves are the animals!

And I'm saying this regardless of the tribe or ethnicity of the animals. My own Yoruba tribe is included in animalistic behaviour.

Thankfully, the sensible well brought up citizens of all tribes and ethnicity will one day awaken and unite to take our country back from those willing to turn it into a jungle. I see you here and my hope and faith in us is boundless.

So, they steal rail tracks then some will come here and call Nigeria a zoo. Are these not the animals amongst us turning Nigeria into a jungle where trains will crash because they stole the tracks?

Surely, they must be cows.
You just made zero point bro. Condemn the act. This thing happens everywhere there is rail tracks. Reason the federal government moved to criminalize it. They even debated it in the Senate. Do away with this Childish and ethnic outburst and be free. This act stand condemned. Not even marginalisation or hunger can justify this act. It just like shooting yourself in the leg.
