What you're celebrating happened 10-15years ago in kenya - and when we saw this - big companies like oracle, ibm, google coming to nairobi - we started thinking big - we started thinking KONZA.

How can you pay 360,000 personel with 2B dollars It simple maths. There is no way you can pay more than kenya.

Kenya 30K forces can beat Boko Haram in a week - because they are very motivated with good salaries ( starting from around 400 dollars - with majors earning upto 3000 dollars per annum - generals earning upto 10K usd per month) - they also have latest equipment - if they die in war - their families get paid about 80,000USD as life insurance - therefore they are well motivated - they are disciplined - they are required to have military degree or be promoted every 8 yrs or they go home.

That is how to have proffesional military - not just bodies of ill-trained militia like Ethiopia or DRC Congo or Nigeria - coz what will militia really help you with except go harrasing civilians. Kagame tiny force took a week to get to Kinshasas - because DRC army is a joke - they rarely get salaries - they just have uniforms and know how to fire a gun. This basically what you do - I have seen even passout parades - it a joke - no serious training - then just issue the guy with uniforms and a gun - and call it an army - and dont pay the guy that much - or even pay them with food rations like some Africa countries do...MILITIA.

On contrast waterfall in 5 years is having 100s of buildings, roads, sewage done, electrified etc

During that time menlyn maine, Hatfield squarewas completed fully operational in 2021

Despite the size Konza does not have even 5% of the size :work done in waterfall development
