Waterfall city has laid out fiber, roads, electricity, sewage system and has already build buildings, office, recidential, leasure facilities etc for $0.2

And Konza only can show what seems to be a sewage system and a building that was made with funfair with the president inspecting it for $1billion?

Are building material that expensive in Kenya?

Or was that building you showed worth all that money?
