Some of these cars are previously flooded cars from USA to Nigeria ��. Now re-flooded in Nigeria making it double flooded cars. After like five years the cars will be sold at like 2million naira asking price. The title will be more like double flooded car ,accidented, well used in Nigerian bad roads and up for sale. Instead the title you will see on the car will be slightly used car up for sale owner is relocating abroad as reason for sale

You've forgotten to mention that the batteries where connected when the rain water flooded the car which unfortunately is likely to be salt water since the area is beside the sea. Fresh water flooding like those near rivers are much better as all you need to do is allow the water to dry. In salt water even after you allow the water to dry the salt in the water will leave a layer of salt iron which are electron ions or conductors in other words whenever the batteries are connected they immediately short circuit the board. Now most cars have many circuit boards attached to the brainbox any of those circuit boards with a short circuit may not allow the car to start and even if it starts the car will misbehave and be undrivable. Imagine soaking a laptop in salt water, by the time you take the car to the mechanic it's from one thing to the other all try and error after like N1million + you will abandon the car with him.
