RIP young champ! He was on the verge of bettering his life and that of his family but he lost it to the hands of death. I remembered during my NYSC camping days, the camp officials tried sensitizing us youths from travelling overseas through land and sea borders. Deep down my heart I said this is nonsense and bullshit. If Nigeria where we call home is a decent place no sensible youth would want to risk his or life travelling through hell for a better future.

You're right... Most people that drown sef na professionals that can swim well... Over confidence is what kills most in water... Strength can fail you when you least expect...

If you must swim, pool is okay and don't be overconfident in the pool too... Just be careful.. Water no sabi anybody face...
