My time at certain agency saw the deployment to what is called very important personnel.

Very important personnel doesn't apply to only government officials, wealthy influential persons are tagged under such.

One may ask but why? It's all part of a wider strategy in an all inclusive sovereign security mandate.

When you have the wealthy people by your side the chances of conflicts arising is limited because they have the financial strength. Won't go into too much details.
