A neighbor of mine had breast cancer and a cash donation of was made to her in the sum of #500k but what get to her was less than the actual amount unfortunately the woman lost her life before her son received the amount. A relative of mine was kidnapped sometimes in 2015 and when she was released and investigation completed it was discovered that her driver who she treated like her son masterminded the kidnapping, the woman couldn't recover from the shock and suffered serious mental illness that led to her death in 2019. I could go on and on list the atrocities of Nigerians who did evil despite having no reason to do so in this kind of place where evil minded people abound in large numbers, how do you expect our leaders who are members of our society to be good?

it takes more than being good to people to keep them loyal, most people always feel that giving someone small cash, gifts or food is enough, these people are human beings with aspirations and dreams, they want to have better their lives, nobody wants to be your driver, cleaner, houseboy or housegirl forever

nobody wants to be a servant to others, it's condition that causes it and some don't want to remain there for long, especially if the family has money and will intimidate them with wealth

Anybody that works for you, talk to them, discuss their plans with them, help them make plans, If they don't
have, give them goals and aspirations, they will remain loyal to you because their future is dependent on you

Cults, churches and other sects that have devoted members use pathway mapping to give people something to live for, even a cleaner that you see as nobody has dreams and if you don't tap into that quick, someone can use that vulnerability in your system to attack you

He gives me Ziyech vibes tho...maybe a tad less creative, but more dynamic. Pretty good player.

But he is most effective coming from the wings, and we're looking for a top 9 so I don't know if he's the best option.
