Court proceedings doesn't depend on hearsay. However, in MNK case, there are mountains of evidence. There are his YouTube videos, his radio biafra broadcast, his twitter tweets, his text messages, there are IPOB registers etc.

The “heresay” in his case is his oral denial of involvement. But who would listen to that when evidences against him could fill up a room.
