Why does it have to be a level 4 interchange? With that 100M - you could have done a lot more - you could have constructed maybe 20 level 1 interchanges.

Are engineers designing your roads - OR POLITICIANS. Level 4 interchanges go with 20 lanes roads like you find in LA or China.

Look at these level one interchanges... with 100M - you can build I think 20 or even more - each at 5m dollars.

I have seen right inside the CBD - you find a skyscrapper like that WTO - and the roads are unpaved. That is why all they can show is one highway.

The video u posted is from 4 years back when a major highway was being built coupled with harmattan dust that covered most of the view seeing that Abuja is in the northern part of the country.

If you really want to be see Abuja aerial view in 2021 why not try out this videos-They are even very educative- Don’t bother up wont see what u are looking for. That crappiness,i tarred road,chaos and mess won’t be seen .This aint Mombasa or any of Kenya slumpolis.

Outside the Potemkin village at the middle of the city - is swatches of slums by the local community and immigrants who cannot find decent housing.

U must really be mistaken Abuja for ther coastal slum u call Mombasa-a place that can only boast of port highway and dongo-Kongo highway nonsense. Outside this most Mombasa residents don’t even know what a tarmac road looks like-it’s just a crappy mess slum town that inspires no one.
