Here is my advice:
Go out there and talk to girls physically, be it at work, in church, at events, etc

Stop being a cool headed "shy" type of guy. If you develop the self confidence and go all out without reservation to talk to babes consistently for 1 month, I assure you that you will see multiple ladies you can pick from.

P.S. your looks don't matter. But dress neatly.
