The picture has been trending and lots of Nigerians have been talking. In the picture, Senator representing Delta South Senatorial District of Delta State, Hon. James manager kneels down in front of former Delta State Governor James Ibori in his country home in Oghara, Delta State.

Why did Senator James Manager Kneel down?.

NigerDelta Insider spoke to Tamar Forteta who is an associate to Senator James Manager said he knelt down because Ibori wanted to pray for the senator. Ibori is senior and a leader. He said, in Urhobo culture just like Ijaw and other Niger Delta cultures, Whenever you go to pay homage to someone you hold in high esteem, you kneel down if the person wants to pray for you

Let's talk about how the man(James) looked like driver wey crash him boss car come de plead for mercy

The picture interprets everything itself, the kneeling Senator is pleading for forgiveness from his benefactor

Useless people spreading lies about Ibori. If anybody prostrate or lie down for Ibori, he deserves it

Does that look like a prayer session?

He has every right to kneel or prostrate before anyone he wishes to but don't come and complicate issues with unnecessary untruths.

This ibori is somebody that everyone should avoid by all means, he no suppose dey alive again... But trust the common stupid Nigerian... They will come out and say no be him first thief and he won't be last... Talks like this na im make the country bad reach this level...
