I need help. Recently facebook locked me out of my account saying someone is trying to login into my account or my account is hack

As result of that they locked my facebook account
Ask me for a review

When i click reviews it take me to help center
Which is about facebook help desk no solution.

The funny part of it facebook is asking me to present my national ID, or voter card, driving license international passport birthday certificate, name change government approval
Student Card, debit cards

Any of this verification card must shown my picture, full name and date of birth as it appears on facebook.

A temporary login banned has been placed on my login on all the site both opera chrome , phoenix even facebook lite i cant login this people is monitoring me

Please how can I avoid facebook spy on my me.,

I use facebook for business purposes only.

They are asking to upload my contacts on theirs site which they use to track me, i declined

Thank you brother i have vpn already use winscribe i try to login under vpn still say same thing. I have a lot of important apps and bank login details on my phone, most of them Store On Google,

try private vpn , usa vpn or nord vpn.... But u will have to pay for the nord vpn password... Find someone who has the password of the nord vpn
