According to the amebo, the 13 year old girl revealed that she was four month pregnant allegedly for Sunday Samuel who arraigned by the Human Rights desk at Rivers State Police headquarters, Moscow Road

it was said that Sunday Samuel was charged on a one-court of having carnal knowledge of an underage girl/ child Ause

According to the amebo we head from the girl she disclosed that the accused is her boyfriend.
Meanwhile, the incriminated Samuel Sunday was remanded in Port Harcourt Correctional center and the case was postponed to 16th August, 2021 for consideration of bail after he pleaded not guilty to the charge

Written on the charge sheet: That you Sunday Samuel on the 14th day of February at Ohakwe Street, Rumuigbo, Port Harcourt Magisterial District did have unlawful canal knowledge of one Blessing Uduak, a girl underage of thirteen years and thereby r red eé offence punishable under section 218 of criminal code of cap 37 Vol.11 laws of Rivers State 1999.”
