*SUMMARY OF WHERE WE ARE NOW (JULY 2021) SINCE PROCLAMATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL FORCE MAJEURE*

On 16th December 2020 a Constitutional Force Majeure (CFM) was Proclaimed in Lagos by the NINAS Movement, to Decommission the already Repudiated 1999 Constitution, so as to *retrieve our self-determination* hijacked by that illegitimate document.


NINAS Movement is an Alliance of the peoples of Lower Niger Bloc (South-South and South-East together), Oodua Bloc and MidBelt Bloc.


Proclamation of the CFM gave Nigeria a different status. From that day Nigeria became a DISPUTED PROJECT. This has international implications too.


Proclamation of the CFM means we the peoples of the NINAS Territory *shall no longer submit ourselves to a 1999 Constitution we never made or agreed*. That means we also no longer accept the kind of Union that document creates/describes and maintains. Do NOTE THAT.


All the institutions and positions that the 1999 Constitution creates have the same status as that Constitution. That 1999 Constitution is a FORGERY. So its status is: ILLEGITIMATE. That is the status it confers on everything it creates.


Central Government was given a generous period of 90 days from the Proclamation of the CFM to take some responsibility to Decommission that 1999 Constitution which they know is a Forgery that creates an unacceptable situation. They chose silence. That was interpreted as their not being interested in being involved in the honourable task of Decommissioning that forgery, and in thereafter producing new and valid constitutional arrangements.


State Governments in the NINAS Territory were then given 30 days to work out with their people arrangements for us to decide new constitutional arrangements for ourselves. They too chose silence. REMEMBER: State governments being created by the illegitimate 1999 Constitution, have the same status as that document.


We then entered a 120-day period of POWER OF THE PEOPLES which we are still in. This is when we continue to insist that nothing at all will ever make us to submit ourselves ever again to a Constitution that we never made or agreed, that impoverishes us, steals our resources, prevents us arming ourselves against armed invaders, and is being used to enable a genocide against us in order for Fulani to grab our lands.


The life of that Constitution is renewed by elections when the winner swears an Oath of Office to uphold it over his people for 4 more years. *Our task is to prevent renewing the life of that 1999 Constitution by preventing preparations for Elections 2023 in the NINAS Territory*.


WHERE WE ARE HEADING: We must prevent the Caliphate plans to push us into Elections 2023 as that is *the only card they have left*. It is that Constitution they want to by all means keep over us as that enables their Fulani Agenda of genocide against us.
As adult and able peoples, we are quite capable of organising ourselves using the NINAS Movement, and United Nations instruments, plus international law. Our plan remains transitional arrangements for our Blocs where Ethnic Nationalities will carry out NINAS Referendums so "we the people" decide our future. This is doing the right thing, and doing the right thing the right way.
