They have succeeded in scaring the potential sellers away from the thread. Just take a look at this thread from December 2020 till date and you would find out why they aren’t posting anymore.
The true clearance items mentioned at the beginning of this thread are household items that are meant to be sold off due to relocation or lack of use. The people who own these stuff are no where to be found here anymore cos some folks expect them to give it for free. It’s a clearance thread not a discount thread (seller decides how much percentage s/he wants to take off to have them gone quickly). Let them enjoy the Phones, earphones, Pyjamas, Shoes and Underwear posts cos that’s what is affordable right now.

Narrative must be changed to conform to the real meaning of the word "clearance sales".

Before you bring something online and on a clearance sale thread, you must have made your findings beforehand about the current price of those goods or even if you found it tasking, just reduce the price you purchased such item by 25% at least and sell off.

Clearance sales is calculation and counting of losses and salvaging and not multiplication of cost and selling.

Clearance has a fine line with auctioning.
