Hushpuppi was in involved in Business Email Compromise scam/ money laundry activities that fleeced American citizens of their hard earned dollars, the FBI has investigated Hushpuppi and they are alleging Abba Kyari is part of the syndicate. They are within their right to order Abba Kyari's arrest, investigate him and if compelling evidences are established; prosecute him too.

There is absolutely nothing wrong in what they're doing. He may not be arrested if he doesn't set foot on American soil nor extradited by interpol, but they will surely get him the day he touches down in Yankee
