This property was acquired few years ago with only the name of the husband on the receipt but both the husband and the wife signed the agreement form as the buyers. Now, there has been a serious issue between the couple that lead to separation. Since the husband has made up his mind to move on, he decided to sell the land. The question now is can he sell the land successfully without the consent of the ousted wife? NB: The wife has no monetary contribution on the acquisition of the land. Professional and matured responses will be highly appreciated. |
