Good afternoon fellas,

Pls I need your help on this one. I did a system update on my Tecno SPARK 5 Pro to the latest HiOS version two days ago. Since then my phone speaker has been "whispering" even at maximum volume.

Does anyone know a fix for this? The phone is barely 3 months old.

did you restart your phone after the update? factory rest your phone, that should help.

try resetting your phone, if it doesn't help you ca take it to carlcare to have them check it out.
