I just don't like sports that you can repeatedly get points quickly without having time to celebrate and soak in every point you get while you anticipate the next point.

I prefer watching the highlights though.

I just started watching BKB this Olympics and I’m enjoying it. The female Spanish team hasn’t lost a single game. There were almost double digits behind in the 3rd vs Srbija and they won the game with 15 points; 85 - 70. It was incredible. They have this Torrens girl who is quite talented. She got 25 points in that game.

Pep prefers Kane because of the way he sets his team up to play. Kane can drop deep and create like a false 9, seeing as Kane is a hybrid of a number 9 and a number 10. Something I don't really see in Haaland.

Last season Pep didn't really use Aguero nor Gabriel so I get why he isn't pushing for a striker

Someone was arguing why Pep didn't go for the cheaper younger option that had been in city before to adjust easily, in Sancho but going for an older more expensive player. It lies in Pep's recent conversion of KDB further forward and using the wingers as a goal threat, and that he doesn't really need a winger but an iniesta kind of attacker, with those penetrating runs. That's why he player Foden there in the UCL final.

Never really seen Pep has a number 9 coach, Henry said Pep would sacrifice you no matter how good you think you are just for the way he wants his team to play.

You have a point about Pep not being a fan of traditional 9s. Aguero forced his hand cos he was so good and even at that Aguero had to adjust his game to feature more often.

He likes players who can get into pockets of space between midfield and defense and create chances. That’s what gets him to orgasm.

His preferred setup is one DM, two AMs, two wingers (who don’t hug the touchline) and an SS.

There was a time he had Nasri and D. Silva wreck havoc from both edges of the 18 yard box. A traditional CF is a short one to him.

The only thing limiting Pep is the availability of talent. If Haaland has a very good linkup play he’d already be in City by now.
