No, he wasn't complicit in anyway. All what they are saying is that he collected money/bribe from Hushpuppi and that's not a crime against USA or her citizens. Unless Kyari was a part of Hushpuppi syndicate and directly involved in the scam, he has no name to clear in American court.

That 5 orders are part of the syndicate who were involved in defrauding America government, corporations and citizens. Abba Kyari is not among the syndicate. His crime is that he allegedly collected money from Hushpuppi. Anything they have on him should be forwarded to Nigeria government to enable them prosecute him for bribe taking.

he arrested a perceived enemy of Hush and lock him up without proper investigation. He has been doing business with Hush. They have a relationship. It's not just about him collecting money. And if you still think the order is a joke, then clearly you are the joke here. He's been suspended, so clearly the IGP doesn't think it's a joke.
