The Boko Haram ones are still good in the living areas. The bathroom ones are a slight disaster however I am not sure of the make but I can pull up old videos of the install later to ascertain. So what’s the update on the borehole saga? It’s another 2 weeks after the issue was raised.

1, As at today, 31st july, 2021, makes it 1 month and 21 days i paid mobilization fee to twinskenny for the construction of the borehole.
2, No body have called me for refund or any progress of arrest or refund. 350k was agreed, 300k have been paid. to balance 50k which is ready
3, I asked the last time, how long should i wait for before i demand refund or Wait for the job to be completed?
4, i respect this forum alot as an Engineer, please i want this issue resolved before it clocks 2 months of mobilization which is 9th of August 2021.
5, I have evaluated work done till date on site which is 50%... All i asked is a refund of 100k and forfiet the rest..

I offered my help with my own money...are you now going to spend 35k to track him ?...why not add that money to the 50k balance, then oga micra can add maybe 15k....that around 100k....that should get that guy to finish the work....

If he does not move another equipment to site, don't give him any more money. 50k is not even enough to pay the laborer's that will work with him if actually he is coming back.
There are other details like submpump. who is buying that? Was it bought yet?

You may have to make out time, if he come with the excuse that he needs to hire another equipment with the 50k, tell him you will follow him to the place and pay the money directly the people and collect receipt. Las las you can get someone else to go pick the machine and do your job if he defaults or ask for refund.

Don't ever give another money until you see another equipment on your site. First clarify the issue of the equipment before any other discussion. Find out how he intend to go about it. He might come up with story that he needs more money to repair the broken equipment, don't beat a death horse. Tell him to rent, you will pay to rent another one.

If it is more than 50k to rent, then the additional money is sacrifice you have to make.

If the wall is screeded, you may use matte or satin depending on budget and preference for sheen. Both are cleanable.
If the wall isn't screeded, you may prime and use the two types of paint as above.
Otherwise, you may use regular emulsion. No screeding or priming is required.
