Who are keen to learn the Arabic language most if not Muslims? meanwhile some Christians understand Arabic language. So it is not out of place if he post his Arabic tutorial advert in Muslim sections where he feels he can easily get customers. Is this a big deal for you to understand?

The obvious answer is no but that is where he can easily get customers to buy. The same thing is applicable here, anyone can learn Arabic language but it is the Muslims who shows interest the most, so if he choose to advertise in the Muslim section of the forum, it is a called marketing strategy, you are sooooo dull honestly.
