You go surprise, most Nigerian kids fitness is quite low. I had to force my neighbourhood guys to start doing long distance running cos I could never win in the sprints they always do, and most of them couldn't last much distance. From that when I went to interhouse sports in school, I realised that most of the guys couldn't last 800m or 1,500m so I focussed on that in interhouse sports and took those medals for my house.

Which Nigeria kids are you talking about people that play football from 4 hrs straight. People that run after trucks. Those that go to farm steady. this your ajebutter story is subjective

At what intensity? Nigerian kids are healthy but they don't push cardiovascular limits in all these exercises. I didn't grow up in Ajebutter neighbourhood and also played football and table tennis all day but I don't remember anyone gasing out while doing those. Na Pam Pam monkey post things. When those same kids race round the block two times, you will see them panting for air. I still remember 1,500 metres training for Interhouse sports, one time about 30-40 kids started and only 15 finished.

last season in EPL Werner should have had at least 13goals, but he was more of a provider. Hopefully he learns to slow down and shot, most of his poor choices were due to his legs being faster than his brain. He did the same thing yesterday

The struggles started during winter, and also before then Werner's output was good. It was after that Germany vs Spain friendly trashing.

Yeah maybe it is time to let the younger wingers take charge. The likes of Morgan and Rapinoe are on their last lap I think. Morgan especially got in based on reputation. Last season was her first after childbirth and I remember she didn't play much. Pundits are saying their defence is poorer than what it was too. They were a solid counter attacking team during that World cup.

Yeah, they defended well. They have this tall CB who was clearing all the numerous crosses US were putting into the box. At a point I thought David Moyes was in charge of the US team.
