Suspending Abba Kyari won't stop police corruption in Nigeria. Nigerian police are underpaid, they live in a very poor environment, some even borrow money to send their kids to school.

There is simply no way a police officer who received 30,000 naira in a month is expected to walk away from crime after receiving a million or 500,000 naira bribe and you expect that to stop these crimes in Nigeria.
