your friend is an unserious fellow.. Tell him to keep his money and go for robbery. Even Samsung A12 is 70k+ he'll either get Tecno or infinix or save more for a better phone

if you want a phone with mad specs for that amount then the camon 17 is your best bet

Was going to tell him that. And iPhone the pixel 3 picture quality is one par with xs. Had pixel 1 and believe me you’d never believe how good pictures come out.
