That truck clearly hasn’t been MOT’d in more than half a century. The driver apparently never underwent driving test and holds no valid driving licence. This is the case with 100% of drivers on Nigerian roads. You simply pay and get papers certifying vehicles as roadworthy and persons as qualified to drive. Go to motor parks and you'll notice see drinking and getting high on drugs before getting behind the wheels are norms in this hopeless country. These are gross failures exemplifying failed states. Accidents are waiting to happen every time, everyday. Not even God can redeem Nigeria from its countless woes.
