Eastlando has two malls currently under construction and both are going on very well. I fact, the grand one is almost complete and I can tell you without fear of contradiction that no mall in your entire zoo can come close to it.

Vipingo mall is also coming up quite well, I think it's topped out and finishing currently ongoing.

Mombasa alone has like 3 malls under construction, those one that I know.
Nakuru on the other side has just completed 2 malls recently.
Eldoret is constructing 2malls also.
Kisumu I know of one mall under construction.

Nairobi alone has like 5 malls under construction, those that I know.


In a nutshell, you can just take use of Google.

I said oil is currently at 71 dollars go to oilprice.com and the price of bonny light is 71 dollars going down but still 71 dollars which is 31 dollars hgiher then the initial proposed budget plan if it stays at 60 to 75 dollars then our budget can reach 36- 44 billion dollars this year i've brought pictures and sources all you've brought is your mouth

Olodo.u don’t know how oil price affect our budget or is it that u do t know the proposed budget was based off of the current oil price as at that time. If it increases the budget increases,if it remains in that value then the budget do the same.and finally if it goes below the predicted value so will the budget.

Gwarimpa is more of a city than this dead project, cause Gwarimpa has malls, hospitals , schools and other amenities that makes up a city

Don't be obsessed with me. I earn more than Buhari. We also recently sold one of our start-ups to a big US company. This startup I founded in my 20s. The School fees I pay alone for my kids is about Buhari salary - 73,000 per annum- I pay 40k each for 2 kids - and another kid soon..

On a serious notes, Kaduna is Far Far more developed than Mombasa, Mombasa has tiny developed areas, while Kaduna's development spreads across Kaduna Town (capital), Zaria and Kakanfancha,
Kaduna has Better International Airport, Sporting facilities( 3 very large SPORTING arenas ), wide road networks, Hospitals, Aviation and Military Hubs .....

The higher the oil price the higher the budget the original base for the budget was 40 dollars and the current oil price is 71 dollars so the budget will be a lot higher then the original proposal of 34-35.6 billion dollars anf you still haven't proven that Kenya's budget is 35 billion dollars
