To be an Officer, one must go through a four year regular Military Academy like an NDA or be employed with a first Degree from a regular school. Some people continue their education even after having a government work and attend a P.hd after some years. This is to put them in a good position for internal appointments regardless.

3 can you get that degree or training after you join the army yes/no

5. once you are a commisioned officer do you need a ph.d to become a PRO? yes/no

6. Refer to questions 1 and 3 above. can someone who joined the Army without a degree therefore become a PRO? yes/no

7, what is the position of a PRO in a paramilitary organisation junior, middle, senior, or top brass?

if you have answered the above, the point will have sunk in otherwise continue to argue with yourself as it will be clear that your problem is still English and critical thinking.
