Hello everyone... A pleasant day to you all. So last week I was just using my phone when I noticed that my fingerprint on my infinix note 7 wasn't working. Initially I thought it was my thumb misbehaving until I went to the security settings and found out that the fingerprint software isn't there anymore. Please how do I fix this? Does anyone have a similar problem?. I tried restoring factoring settings and even ran the normal hand formatting..still yet no solution..please how do I go about it. |

Have same issue but mine is on hot 8 just updated to the latest software and wait for like a week or 2 it will come back it self .....if u go any engineer side Dem go just spoil ur phone or chop ur money 2 Likes |

Factory resetting your phone should help, if it doesn't then take it to carlcare to have it checked out |
