You know what Malaka, we tend to celebrate when others are being "justly" or "unjustly" treated, depending on which side of the divide we found ourselves. But when same potion is being fed upon us, we start shouting "selective justice", "set-up" and all what nots! This happens to all ethnics here without exception.

To your question, yes they decided to quickly vacate that scene knowing fully well they've broken the code. Those guys weren't armed hence they couldn't have justified that beyond blocking the road. In a sane country, not a banana republic now, A lot will happen!
