Abu Dharr, the Lover of Prophet Muhammad (sa)

One of my favorite Companions of Prophet Muhammad (sa) is Abu Dharr al-Giffari (ra) ❤️❤️❤️. He died on the last day of the Month of Dhul Hijah, 32 AH.

The whole world acknowledged the honesty, sincerity, integrity and loyalty of Abu Dharr (ra). Abu Dharr was a lover of Imam Ali (as), the First Shia Imam. Abu Dharr considered the AhlulBayt (as) superior to all Companions of the Prophet (sa). He was among the First Shia of Imam Ali!

As for love of Prophet Muhammad (sa) only few came close to him. And his love for justice and fairness was legendary. Abu Dharr was always a lover of the Oppressed and a sworn enemy of Oppressors. Abu Dharr used all his belongings to cater for the poor and downtrodden.

When the third Sunni Caliph, Usman, was enmeshed in extreme nepotism and wanton corruption, Abu Dharr roused against him and boldly told him "this is not the Islam of my beloved Prophet". Usman appointed only his family members, Banu Ummayad, to position of influence and as Governors. These Banu Ummayad officials were very corrupt and arrogant. Abu Dharr publicly challenged Mu'aywiya in Syria and declared him the enemy of God and enemy of Prophet Muhammad (sa).

Sunni Caliph Usman became angry with Abu Dharr for his just criticism and banished this great Companion of Prophet Muhammad (sa) to a desolate town, Rabza, that was unhabitable. It was an indirect sentence of death. And Abu Dharr died at Rabza alone ���!

Dear Friends, this #Photo is the resting place of the Great Abu Dharr (ra) at Rabza, Saudi Arabia. Please check how desolate the place is? My biggest wish is to be buried next to this champion � of the poor and downtrodden.
