The south west declared a public holiday today to mark the Muslim new year. What will happen to NECO student writing exams.


Will this affect NECO students writing exams?.

I have a cousin in school.

There is no such thing as south-west declared holiday.
There has never been.
One state declared an holiday which only apply to state civil servants.
Every other person including students can move as free as they like.
Comparing Ipob to a state government is silly, a better comparison will be to Boko
haram and bandits who also use threats of violence and deaths to enforce their will.

are free to do whatever they want and an illegal curfew enforced with terrorist threats to life and properties.

State owned school teachers would come to work ? Or are they not civil servants ...so what would happen to neco writers in state owned school
