That's why I'm not a fan of steroids. As for me, it's enough to go to the gym four times a week. Of course, I'm not willing to become a professional bodybuilder, so I just use exercises from this website , and I'm okay with the way I look. Maybe I should add some supplements to my nutrition, but not now.
