The rule book is clear.. She signed up to share shower room with the opposite gender . Ebuka raised this same issue last season when female housemates complained about this. One housemates kept screaming that someone saw her naked, and this was thrashed last season. it's understandable that Maria is not comfortable about being seen by the opposite gender, but she has turned the accusation to slander and has made Yerins to be like a pervert.

There are many things wrong with the reaction to Maria explaining the bathroom issue with her and Yerins.

1) Big brother trying to normalise what happened to Maria and treating it like it's no big deal. Which is very wrong.

2) Those of you trying to say Maria is lying on Yerins because he's not here to clear his name and calling her all sorts of names because of that.
Big brother has CAMERAS (emphasis on the S) everywhere even in the toilet. Everyone knows this. So what some of you are trying to say, is you believe, that she would boldly go and lie in big Brother's face, IN HIS DIARY ROOM about something as serious as this, where there are multiple cameras everywhere and where she would be called out quickly. Ok no problem, let's say you're right.

Why didn't big brother call her out immediately and tell her straight up that she's lying on Yerins and punish her for that.
Big brother instead choose not to focus on the veracity of her statement but rather shifted gears to try and dismiss and normalise what she experienced.

If big brother, with all his cameras everywhere, did not question the veracity of Maria's Statement then viewers who know very well that they are not shown everything that happens in the big brother house have no reason to call her a liar. Until big Brother proves that she is a liar. What she says is true.

So if anyone is angry about Maria tarnishing any housemate's name. Then I hope you're also angry at big brother too, I hope you call him names too, because he had to opportunity to clear Dearest Yerins name and did not do it. Instead behaved in a way that caused more confusion instead of shutting it down once and for all.

3) The talk of Maria shouldn't have brought it up again because he's not here to defend himself.
If Yerin's defenders do not want Maria to talk about his pervert behaviour then Yerins should not have behaved like a pervert. There is nothing like Maria should not have brought it up again. Haba.


4) The nonsense of why didn't she confront him.
We don't know if she did or didn't, but if she didn't that has no bearing on anything. She mustn't confront him. That doesn't mean that she lied. So I don't know why some of you are trying to make it seem that if she didn't confront him = she lied.

WM lies Abeg. Just tell the truth or hold your peace. How can he say he nominated Jaypaul cos he knew he wasn’t going to come up but he nominated Arin cos he knew she would come up. Makes no sense.
