Good evening Nairalanders I need a good recommendation for a good Camry for personal use and bolt as side hustle between 2008 to 2010 I don’t know if I can get a four plug engine in the xle variant but if it is le it is still good . I just want a fuel efficient car that has style but efficient . Budget at most 3 million naira

After all this many views yet no good suggestion or advice just wish I could delete this post .

3m will not get you a toks 2010 camry, but will definitely get you a good 2008 camry, might not get you a good XLE trim. With 3m just focus on a good LE trim.

For bolt use, you'll be fine, the fuel economy is just fine, but definitely not like Toyota Corolla

XLE SE LE are Camry trims (or variants as you mentioned).

It’s far better than the 07-09 variants
I think it’s also possible to get XLE 4 plugs variant too
Tho LE is more likely
2010/2011 edition of camry does not shorten engine oil after a particular mileage .
My advice
Go for camry 010 four plugs LE
The 07-09 camry xle that you can get at that price will start to short oil after sometimes
Unless it’s the V6 XLE

But my only concern is that he is saying it is below 80,000 mileage don’t know if that is possible to get a tusk for that low mileage . And I will be very happy if a Vin check can be carried out . For me

Someone will be bringing another car for me from Lagos to Benin for me by next week bro don’t know if you can help me with the vin check
Of that car I would be very glad o this will be my first car and I don’t want to end up buying a car that I end up regretting and losing my money in the process . This dealer is saying he can get it for me for 3.5 million . Thanks Nairalanders I really appreciate the Favour and advise .

The average person can't detect this unless you run a VIN check. I bought a car recently and before I finally purchased one I liked, I spent close to 100k on various checks. Inspected about 3 or 4 cars. Ran VIN checks, Customs duty checks, Got mechs to scan and undertake pre-purchase inspection.
Before you buy, just ensure that you check the VIN history, Customs duty, you get an honest mech to scan it and undertake pre-purchase inspection.
