You can say 63... But lemme enlighten you. Malls survive on simple network effects. When a big department store moves out, a mall loses the foot traffic it needs to justify high rents from the in-line stores that generate the bulk of its rental revenue. Malls don't go with size, size only matters to a small extent but foot traffic carries the day. When a mall does more sales per day - then you'll call that mall a 'class A' mall. We have class B, C and D in that category and 5 malls in Kenya lies in class A.
You're just ignorant to think that size matters when ranking of malls is concerned. Two rivers might be in top 20 is size but in total value, it's up there in top 10.

On emotion part, I can tell you without blinking any eye that you're currently swimming in pain and anger, why? Abohboy just deconstructed your ego by bombarding you with bitter facts on how your slumbolium has been ridden with war of poverty, anger and hunger.
