I would choose Seychelles over Nigeria for the following reasons.
1) 24 hours power supply
2) They boost of a stable economy.
3) Education is free for individuals age 5-18.
4) Good health care system. For your information a lot of Nigerians are in Seychelles.
5) It is the most secured country in Africa. (No banditry, no ritualism, no kidnapping).
