Only the blood of Jesus Christ; the Son of God *cleanses any human being from any sin/habit/addictions/soul-ties/the flesh*

Ask God to forgive *any sin that you have committed especially putting to the death the sin-producer(the flesh) by faith in the power of His Son's death on the Cross* and replace *your flesh with the new creation life of Jesus Christ His Son by the life of His resurrection* even as He both wills and does His good pleasures through this new creation life by the power of His Holy Spirit from one degree of glory to a higher degree of glory until the trumpet of the arch-angels *sounds*

Holiness is the lifestyle and nature of GOD and He is still manifesting this His lifestyle through the body of uncountable human beings on this sinful universe .....thus
"After this I looked and a vast host appeared which no one could count, [gathered out] of every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages. These stood before the throne and before the Lamb; they were attired in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.

15 For this reason they are [now] before the [very] throne of God and serve Him day and night in His sanctuary (temple); and He Who is sitting upon the throne will protect and spread His tabernacle over and shelter them with His presence.

16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun smite them, nor any [d]scorching heat.

17 For the Lamb Who is in the midst of the throne will be their Shepherd, and He will guide them to the springs of the waters of life; and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes." (Revelation 7:9-17 ampc)

What can wash away my sins? Nothing but the blood of Jesus.

And yes,he did. It is his blood through faith that gives us redemption,the forgiveness of sins
Romans 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
