See as GTB just made me lose 4k within the twinkle of an eye..

I made a transfer of 5k since afternoon into my FIRSTBANK account from my GTB account through ussd.
.
I was debited immediately but my first bank wasn't credited.after like an hour,I contacted through email but they didn't respond..I remessage them again after another hour but still no response... Twitter would have been my next point of contact but since Buhari has done his own,I leave him in the hands of God.
.
Out of desperation,I went to their website..I saw a link for their verified Facebook account.I clicked it and it took me to there Facebook page..
.
I dropped my complaint there..I got a response immediately with a WhatsApp number (09014867299) as contact for them to help me..
.
Restless me didn't even check the handle properly..that what quoted me is not verified but share same handle with GTB..
.
To cut long story short,I dropped some personal details when we guys chatted on WhatsApp and this guy conveniently remove 4k and my GTB and left me with just ₦109..chai

Thank God it wasn't more than 4k. but pls you have to report that handle fast, so they don't scam others.

I can't believe people still fall for these cheap tricks.

Guaranty Trust Bank Limited will never ask a customer to provide, verify or update their personal, account or financial information via email or pop-up windows. This includes: Passwords, Personal Identification Numbers (PIN), or ATM, Credit or Debit Card numbers
