Better still, Biggie could use Saga and Nini to tell kayvee that he wasn't one they were referring to because he kept going back to the time he overhead Nini and Saga talking about a certain housemate that capped a lot however that was Sammie, not him. Kayvee even said he didn't know the name of the said housemate but he felt that he was the one whom they were referring to. And coming from his love interest (Arin did say he asked out Nini but she declined), that could have knocked him down another peg, apart from Angel declining him too.

They could make Saga, Nini and Angel talk to him. At least let Saga & Nini tell him that he wasn't the one to assuage his paranoia. He's quite paranoid. And people with such could be having nightmares. Even visible nightmares while they're awake. I think first step is to get to the root of his paranoia. Which was what he heard about him.

Apart from the Nini and Saga issue, Angel did call him out on his English after he pluralized stuff. And there was Pere constantly shutting him up during the house shopping.

They need to find the root of it first. That's the only way they can help him.
