I have had a chance to watch the video again and again, to be honest i don't think Pere removed his belt to hit him it was him adjust his belt. However. getting into his face while sleeping to try and force an answer out of him is borderline provocation and tending towards bullying for that reason i think he should get a stern warning and a strike for that.

We have watched Pere for a month now....he has always maintained calm even when riled by stuff...he is in firm control of his emotions...he doesnt have outbursts or anger fits....so he is not one to just act without carefully thinking it through..

According to Whitemoney, he felt threatened by Pere simply because "Pere spoke to him calmly in a harsh voice", Pere told Saga and Maria that Whitemoney should deal with his complex and stop projecting it on others.

A simple question threw Whitemoney off, this was rather surprising as Whitemoney had earlier made a light joke out of Kayvee's situation.

The shouting match which was started by Whitemoney was absolutely not necessary as Pere asked him a question where he had a clear option to either answer or ignore.

Whitemoney kept making references to his days on the street, at a point he charged at Pere, threatened Pere, insulted Pere while playing the victim all at a go.

Sometimes I laugh at people calling Pere clueless. For someone who was in the US military, that should give you insight that he will be Intelligent to an extent.
