Nollywood actress and producer, Matilda Lambert who owns Matilda Lambert Productions wins "Movie Producer of the Year" at maiden edition of Port Harcourt Magazine Awards, NigerDelta Insider reports. The Award ceremony was held at Lesuka event centre at Peter Odili road in Port Harcourt.

Matilda Lambert, from Andoni in Rivers Stats has starred in lots of movies including Till Death, Blood and Conscience, The Prophecy, Cheaters Circle, The Engagement, De Bishop, Remarkable, Career Woman, Hit and Run Lovers, Born Again Sisters, Internet Runs.Ghetto Warriors.

Through her Production Company, she has produced 5 Nigerian movies including "Deepest Cut" The movie featured some of Africa’s leading acts including Majid Michel, Zack Orji, Segun Arinze, Matilda Gogo Lambert, Titi Joseph.

She also Produced award winning movie "Unroyal" that featured the likes of Pete Edochie, IK Ogbonna, Okon Lagos, Shaffy Bello and others. The movies was shot in Port Harcourt.

Matilda Lambert owns a foundation called Tilda Goes Green Foundation (TGG), which focuses on fighting environmental degradation in the Niger Delta region
